Centre des arts actuels SKOL presents a solo exhibition by Québec City-based artist Dan Brault. Populating the room with works of varying forms, styles and techniques, his aim is to take advantage of the smaller space to expose the connections and dialogue between the works. While focused on the act of painting, Brault’s abstract subject matter is at times populated and governed by figures taken from popular culture and more mysterious realms. Running from Friday May 15 to Saturday June 13, the exhibition’s vernissage will be held on Friday May 15 from 5pm until 9pm. This exhibition is presented in a text by Geneviève Pelletier.
