Skol’s educational activities, an integral part of its programming, aim to promote a better understanding of contemporary art and foster a closer relationship between the artists and the visitors by providing inclusive, creative, and participatory learning experiences. Introductory texts, exhibition visits, meetings with artists, summer student internships, and community projects give individuals and groups of all backgrounds and ages an opportunity to establish an active rapport with current artistic practices and their context.

Texts
To broaden understanding of the artist’s practice, a text accompanies each of exhibition, in both print and electronic form.
Clues of interpretation
The exhibiting artists illuminate the meaning and context of their exhibition by providing a variety of references that inspire, question and inform their practice.
Artist Talk
The public is invited to a get-together with the artist, who will share his or her reflections on the process that led to the production on display in the gallery while making connections with prior work.
